I'm not saying I agree with the decision but Mane's looks like a flying kick. There is a lot of head injuries in football, may be introducing head gear wouldn't be bad idea.

There was a similar one in the Villa game yesterday too, though I didn't think it was as bad as Mane's in terms of where he hit the player, it was the same process that led to the foul, eyes completely on the ball and the players coming at each other from an angle, so neither of them had any intent to go for the player, both were just focused on the ball and one got there first.

There is a very obvious difference between althem, Mane is lunging towards his opponent with both feet off the ground, the other guy has all his weight planted on his standing foot.
