One of the problems with this formation is too much onus is on the two deep midfielders to play forward passes. Wijnaldum is either unable or unwilling to even try to play penetrative passes.

I think Jota struggling on right, like Ox does. He does not have the range of moves to beat his man from that side, like Salah does.

Salah is playing well in center, but would like to see them try a switch for at least some minutes.
