I can't quite believe how bad we've been. There can't be another team in the league that makes the business of moving the ball up the pitch look as difficult as we do. Sometimes we make it look impossible. Ibe needs to come on, because at the moment Benteke can't hold the ball up if it's passed down the middle, and no one looks confident enough to run with it down the flanks, so something has to change. But it's exasperating. Rodgers is supposed to be a great coach who teaches players to use the ball intelligently. So I have no idea what he's up to. It's one of the stupidest LFC performances I can remember.

Our midfield, and especially Can, but Milner, Firmino and Lucas not far behind, have been utter shite. I feel sorry for Benteke - maybe half a dozen punts to him from Ming & Skrtel and none have come within 10 m FFS. Ings working his bollocks off deserves better. Gomez and Clyne looking good.

Seriously though that squad was arranged because we had a player that could pull a rabbit out of a hat at anytime and was a workhorse, we could afford to play that formation because we could score goals. .
