According to Spanish newspaper Sport, Liverpool have made offers to Barcelona duo Marc Cucurella and Jordi Mboula – but so have Manchester City and Manchester United.
In recent years, the conveyor belt of talent coming out of Barcelona's famed La Masia academy has dried up, meaning Barcelona have focused more on buying talent rather than developing players.
Players such as Cesc Fabregas and Hector Bellerin even chose to leave Barcelona's youth ranks in order to pursue
Premier League careers in recent years, and they face a similar situation now.
Spanish newspaper Sport report that Barcelona face losing two of their top young players, as Marc Cucurella and Jordi Mboula have received offers to join Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United.
Cucurella, 18, plays as a left back for Barcelona's B team, and he has hit an impressive three goals in eight games for Spain at youth level having featured for their under-16's and under-17's.
Meanwhile, 18-year-old winger Mboula hit the headlines earlier this season for his exploits with the Barcelona Juvenil side, scoring a remarkable solo goal against Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Youth League.

However, it's now claimed that the duo have tempting offers to head to England, having not only been offered major money to move to the Premier League, but also a chance at some first-team playing time.
For every Bellerin who goes on to stardom having left Barcelona, there is an Adama Traore who struggles to settle – and having allegedly made offers to sign both players, Liverpool will be hoping that they are the former.
Manchester City and Manchester United are also believed to have made moves to sign the duo, who could be spoilt for choice as Europe's elite – plus Barcelona themselves – bid for their services.
