Lot of speculation about who we’re after in midfield but it’s likely to be more Xabiesque than Momoesque. They need to be very good on the ball don’t they.
 
Hjulmand (just took over captaincy at Sporting though)? Stiller (Endo in a swap deal to soften the blow for Stuttgart)?

You are right - it's all about Slot getting and using CJ in the right way that will make my underwear explode.

In terms of squad - honestly - I think we can do it with just getting the extra DM. We were 6 weeks away from a potential 2nd tier quad last season, that was all that was in it. So close, but we ran out of energy using Klopp's injury prone methods, so there is every chance if Slot can get that team to use his methods correctly he can get us to challenge.

I don’t know what that is but it feels like something that either induces or is the result of a significant time behind bars.

Not the sort of bars you get a tasty beverage from either.
