Where is Lucas' tweet about Jonjo. Share the love Lucas.

Henderson has played with a lot of maturity tonight.

Five goals. Young boys were raped at the back.

I know it was poor enough opposition but still nice to score five goals.

Henderson didn't look like a bitch tonight.
Might be because we were playing against young boys.

we played well, shelveys much better in an attacking role, not great at defending but he hasnt had too much in this game, if he can get that sorted he'll be a cracking player. Still a bit worrying that, although we got 5 goals in our favour, none of them were by attackers, but i guess it doesnt matter where they come from. Sahin seemed a bit quiet, people tell me he's not match fit whatever that means and I'm disappointing to not get a proper look at yessil.

All in all it was pretty much what you'd expect from the youngsters against a poor side.

My favourite thing about tonight was the character shown by the young lads when, having conceeded that 3rd goal, and surrendering all the momentum to the home side, they got stuck back in, and simply took the game back over, and got the job done. Very professional.

Borini had a very good game - he fluffed the header from Coates, but that ensured it went in. He created the 2nd (great pass from Henderson to shelvey), and his run gave Shelvey a far easier run to goal. Excellent.

Jonjo? he's good! 😉

Wisdom had a very solid game too. Welcome kid ...

Happy to see Suso play so well too. Doc mentioned how strong he is on the ball - and it shows, he rode those Young Boys all game long (i know I know). He needs to be on the bench for more games - he offers something that few on our team can.

Good game for Sahin too - you can tell how good he is on the ball. Great passer, solid in defense ... Once he gets into shape, him and Allen will be fantastic together

Some interesting problems for Rodgers picking the team this weekend. Shelvey Henderson Suso Wisdom all putting forward a good case for being involved, Enrique not so much.

Good result. Great goals from all really. Enrique's defending was beyond poor. I think he was at fault for 2 of the goals if not all three. Suso was tidy as was Assaidi. Not sure on sahin. Now Hendo more of that please. That's your baseline son. Improve from there. Felt for Pacheco he never got good service to feet. Crossing in to a 5"6' player is daft

I get the feeling he doesn't rate Enrique that highly. As for Hendo, I don't think the midfield of Allen, Sahin and Gerrard has alot of bite (not saying Hendo is hard as nails), Hendo's ability to sit and patrol infront of the back four and break forward might give it a bit of balance. Then there's Shelvey.

Yup - he doesn't fit into his style of play. Holds onto the ball too long and is indecisive. I can't see him staying past next SUmmer.

Enrique seems like someone who isn't willing to learn and correct his mistakes.
I'm not at all worried about his defensive work but he needs to improve his decision making and I bet Rodgers have told him this.

Allen's great but he gets forward a little too much.
The number of counter attacks where we had no midfielders with the defenders was crazy over the last few games.
We need someone completely disciplined.

Totally agree with the Henderson view, we're supposed to be making do with 2 deep and 1 in front in centre mid instead of the opposite because Lucas is out and Allen isn't a direct replacement defensively, so we give him a partner. Imo Sahin, Shelvey and Gerrard aren't the greatest partners for Allen as they don't follow opposition runs convincingly enough , Henderson can. Although I do see the other side that Henderson can be ineffective.
