Don't think so: "These are players who, regardless of their nationality, have been trained by their club, or by another club in the national association, for at least three years between the age of 15 and 21."

[article=http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/480912/Small-clubs-bank-on-Rickie-Lambert-s-Liverpool-legacy]WHATEVER happened in Miami last night – or is to occur at Liverpool next season – another two heartwarming chapters have been written in the Rickie Lambert fairy tale.
As a result, back home at Bristol Rovers and Rochdale they are now counting the not inconsiderable benefits of the Lambert legacy.
While the England striker has been celebrating his dream move back to Liverpool they have been thanking their former star for a couple of windfalls and a compassionate gesture.
Relegated to the Conference, Rovers picked up around £500,000 from a sell-on clause when Lambert moved from Southampton to Liverpool for about £4.5million.
League One Rochdale also benefited to the tune of £100,000 following a similar agreement – and the striker donated his England shirt to help raise funds for assistant manager Chris Beech’s young son Brendan, who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis.
Rochdale spokesman Stuart Ashworth said: “I am still in touch with him by text and he replies. He’s that sort of man.”[/article]
That doctor is probably paid a fortune, he's at a fantastic club with incredible state of the art facilities, and he's as miserable as the miserable character that Molière threw away for seeming too implausibly miserable. Cheer the feck up, man!!!
