I don't rate him that's all. It bothers me that he's in the team.
It bothers me that we paid £25 million and he hasn't delivered. Obviously it's not his fault, but I'm sorry he's the fall guy.

Still, I would like to think that I do praise him when he does well and criticize him when he doesn't do too well.
