It's 1.44am and I have been chatting to four very cool guys (and 1 girl) All LFC fans in Oz who were hitting 'triggers' to celebrate. I bet lots of you can understand that - My buddies who reached out for a little support all handled it and like me (today of all days). Amazingly we're all sober. I'm as shocked as anyone. Feels fucking ace though. Big love to you all & of course YNWA.

Go for it. Have you tried that before? Watch the dopamine levels. If they dip too much and you start to look longingly at a bottle of Sancerre (in my case it was an ice crisp Alphonse Mellot bang out of the Loire) - Just sling on the redmen celebrating last night on youtube. Fucking boss!

If that fails - Just have a wank... 😉
