We might as well sell Borini for 10 million and keep Balotelli. At least Balotelli can pull off the spectacular.
That's assuming Balotelli would some day become a player that gives a fuck on the pitch and stops growling and frowning and falling over.
I don't think he'll ever stop doing that, so I'd rather we sold him over anybody in the team, not only Borini.
There is no hope for him anywhere but the Serie A.

We need to replace Oncy's lad; its clearly lost its shine.

Maybe we should all get them out & ask the Chelsea physio to judge

Edit : make that Linda, we dont want to give our top rivals for the league any additional motivation

AC Milan were desperate to sell Mario at £8m loss. The only club that I think would buy him is the club mancini is at. Mind you he did link up well with Sturridge

Can we get one of the Roma midfielders while we're at it? Pjanic or the Belgium I can't spell or pronounce.

Nainggolan?

Unless there's a top player available, we'll likely settle for a bandaid option.

That's him. He looked good when I watched him play.
Yeah he was one who I was hoping we would sign while he was at Cagliari. Really good player.

Seydou Doumbia with a brace yesterday, he's always been able to score and is stupid fast. Would be a really good foil to have for Studge, but he'd cost 20-25M I would think.

From the Echo

Liverpool FC have joined the race for highly-rated Portugal star William Carvalho, according to reports today. The Sporting Lisbon midfielder is rated at about £34m and has been linked with moves to several Premier League sides, including Manchester United and Chelsea, but it is now reported that Liverpool have joined the race.

The 22-year-old defensive midfielder admitted recently that a move to England or Spain would appeal to him. "We all have ambitions and I hope one day to play in the best leagues in the world, the English or Spanish," he told the Portuguese Association's magazine. "It was not this year, but if I continue to do my job as I have done so, it will certainly come sooner or later."

Liverpool could also make a move for the £15m rated Seydou Doumbia, who scored twice against Manchester City this week.
The 26-year-old Ivorian has reportedly been watched five times by the Reds and he impressed watching scouts with a brace to help defeat City at the Etihad in midweek. Doumbia has a £30m release clause in his contract but could be allowed to leave Russia for just half of that price tag.

we should fork out 25 for loris and 25 on a striker, then get sakho into the team and tell lovren he's shit

Lloris is overrated. That goal from bojan today wasn't even near the corner. He's always getting caught out coming off his line too.

Report:

Liverpool are desperate to beat Premier League rivals Arsenal and Chelsea to the signature of Fulham starlet Patrick Roberts. Kop scouts made another personal check on Roberts ahead of a January move. The Merseysiders are stepping up their efforts to win the race for the England youth international winger. Roberts has been scouted by Liverpool three times this season having been fast-tracked into the Championship side's plans. Fulham are desperate to keep Roberts, who still has two years left on his current deal. But they would be willing to sanction a move if Roberts heads straight back to Craven Cottage on loan.
