We are not mischievous at all.. We have a fairly relaxed moderation policy.

We will act where appropiate, but at the same we won't when is not required.

Its a balancing act, it's that policy we feel that seperates us from the rest and helps to attract the type of posters we have in here..

Forums are about discussion, opinions which opens huge debates and at times disagreements. We tend to step in only when Egos get in the way, that was problem with Brendan initially...

Thats generally how it should be from a moderation perspective.. Let things go naturally and step in only when required..

The most amusing thing is that Brendan has more 'Likes' in the three months he's been back than I've had in 9 years. I think i may have to shoot myself.
 
Pretty unfair comparison on Modo really. He had loads of people disagree with him but he was hardly a cancerous abusive cunt who gets banned everywhere. He's not even banned on RAWK.

I wasn't comparing the two posters, but we banned both permanently & then Modo decided to return. We gave him a chance & it worked out (so far at least), the decision was made to do the same with Brendan. They're both on very short leashes thanks to their past history.
 
So how did this go down?
Has Brendan been waiting for the go ahead, trying to join every now and again, or did someone go looking for him?

He's a prolific poster who says things most (sane) people agree with, & the man can write quite well too. It was just his more adversarial nature that could stray into bullying that became an issue, which I'm sure he's well aware of & has kept in check since his return.

Ha, Dee is a great poster but is far from prolific on here, hence the difference in 'likes'.
