There were reports that I saw on twitter that the lad had complained about being racially abused, that was on the night Sheikh like I said not from some red top rag but on itn news.

As I said earlier, I'm more bothered for the lad being so upset than how our club is viewed. Whilst I hate the attention we're getting that's the secondary issue, its how it effects people that bothers me.

Black fans who don't go on the net for example, only read papers & SSN most feel torn about us at the moment, black opposing players too may behave differently.

It's a shit situation & the sooner it's sorted out the better.

Adeyemi really believed he was racially abused, unlike Evra I have no reason to disbelieve this guy.

Errrr...I'm trying to show both sides of the argument. I haven't found the fan a racist based on fucking twitter and someone being arrested on suspicion. Innocent until proven guilty isn't it? If he has done it then he should be hung out to dry but people are labelling people racist and accusing the club of encouraging such a mindset when nothing has been proven yet.

And, with all due respect to those who have experienced it, and without dreaming of telling anybody how to feel about anything, I'm equally amazed at how many people seem determined to believe that a racial slur was hurled, simply because it MIGHT have been... For me, there's far more evidence that any insult dished out by Suarez was not of racist intent. I cannot get past how many of simply will not entertain the fact that he might - just might - not have been racially insulting him.

Aggression alone towards a person of another ethnicity does not a racist make.

People are having discussions also based a lot on what is being projected about the club.
Some people mainly those from Liverpool don't seem to give a shite about what the world think only what they think, but seems a few others are quite concerned about how the club is coming off. The lack of leadership and though regarding the issues and the way things are being handled inlcuding statements from the club and actions from the players and manager.

For me to have an issue with this does not in my opinion make me less of a fan, it does not mean I'm right but it means I'm not willing to just fall in line and praise the manager, players and the club. It means I'm not willing to indulge myself in conspiracies about every man and his lady hating on us cos of who we are and what we represent. It also means therefore that I'm not willing to allow myself get caught up in a seige mentality that has been in my opinion whipped up in part by the club that in some way leads to shit like this again in my opinion.

We can't stop dickheads being dickhead in the the ground, on twitter or facebook etc what we can do is take measures to condemn shit and send out messages... I personally don't feel that has been done effectivley by those in charge of the club and am upset about it...I'm not gonna cry about it but I don't think its right.


What I'm trying to do on a forum of those who share the same interest and passion is get across my dissapointment.
