Fitness Goals 2015

Was a slow year in the 2014 thread. Is everyone fat and sedentary now? I had a poorly planned bulk in the fall that led to some gluttonous slothery. But 2015 will be different! I swear!

What is everyone up to? What are your goals for the year?

I am working on a recomposition past 10 weeks with aim of getting below 10% BF and finally having a visible 6 pack while gaining strength and work capacity.

Have 6 weeks til a Mexico beach vacation so 3.5 more weeks of a quick careful bulk then hopefully shred down in the remaining time. Currently following a John Romaniello program and enjoying it and getting good results. Incorporates a variety of training methods, macro counting and intermittent fasting (which I have been doing for nearly a year now anyways).

What are you people up to?
