Right ye old bastards, who’s trying to cheat an early death this year?
I ballooned to my heaviest and most unfit by Oct 2024. Went to intermittent fasting 23/1 which helped me drop 14kg before Xmas and now started back at a gym for the first time in donkies.
I even did my first reformer Pilates class which was actually easy enough on the beginner settings. Must have more core strength that others starting their fitness journey.
Plan to lose another 12kg to get down to 80kg and build up muscle and core strength from there. Want to be able to get out and about well into my 70’s and if I don’t start now it will be hard to ever get back in shape.
