I didn't see the game, I'm commenting on his general level of play. Although I notice in the Echo and various other LFC match reports, Lucas is scored around the 3-4 mark and is thought to have played poorly. I can't be specific about last night's game, but he isn't a very good player. Neither is Sakho, and both Can and Lallana have been average for a while now.

He's not blameless. How much fucking evidence does he require to let him know that he cannot count on the likes of Lucas, Lallana, Sakho and Firmino as a striker?
Can is playing horribly, Henderson is not fit. Lucas is fucking shit, as is Sakho. And yet he still keeps playing Can, Henderson, Lucas and Milner in the same team. WHEN IT NEVER WORKS.

He needs to change quicker. There's going to be a very different line-up against Sunderland, because I can see Lucas, Sakho, Moreno and Henderson all dropped. But he should have done that earlier. Did ONE person think we'd win last night when they saw the team? Nope.

After getting easily beaten by Leicester, with yet another poor team selection, I'm hoping Klopp reads this thread and goes for my team selection. He's now lost half of all the games he's managed, and that isn't good enough.

Lucas, Can, Lallana and the appalling Sakho have all been poor recently, and Henderson doesn't look close to being fit.

I agree, but he's not good enough either. If he was starting, we'd want someone else to start instead.

I'm not suggesting he is...consistently anyway but when he has got minutes either coming on or occasionally starting these last few months he's played really well and he's about the only midfielder we have with a bit of composure.

Whether he goes in the summer or not is irrelevant. We're watching Can Milner Lucas and Henderson(who's clearly not over his injury) plod around the midfield and getting nowhere. Allen 100% should be playing.
