I kind of get the morbid fascination with going over there to eat popcorn and laugh at the mongy fuckers, but im not into hearing our fans try to say that.
There are a million reasons a team will win or lose the league. Injuries is one. Dont let those fuckers trick you into thinking we are lucky. Thats WHY we build a squad. Didnt see anyone sympathising when Lallana, Sturridge, Clyne and (often) Henderson, Ox, Can, Mane were out all last season.

The comet brought doom to our bank balance, after paying about 4k for her birth and all the shit that went down afterwards. It seems to be fading so perhaps the doom has also faded with it?

We are top because we have had an amazing set of results which in any other season by last year would see us 10 points clear.

Based on how you are down playing the fact we are top of the league, I am not sure I believe you wont down play us winning it.

Ha we’ve been on this road too many times and I for one amnt keen to celebrate being top of the league for any length of time that doesn’t include after 38 games.
If we were to win it, it would be our greatest ever triumph hands down and celebrated accordingly
I was actually talking about this yesterday with the lads from work.
I’ll be going the match, then I’ll probs stay by the ground all day, not going near town. It’ll be fucking nuts and you won’t get a bevvy anywhere.
I agree with you, we've see many to false dawns over the years. There's nothing worse than building yourself up, only to lose it in the final 3 games, you end up feeling like shit for a couple of days after.

It’s actually weird having a season where Chelsea in the league cup aside I haven’t had to experience shit results. CL we were always coming out of the group.
To literally not have to deal with a single bad result in the league to ruin a weekend is incredible
