I suppose we're all Fat Sam fans now?

"Nobody is ahead of me in football terms. Not Pep. Not Klopp. Not Arteta."

And...

"I always tell players it's not a great deal of improvement that you need. So, if everyone improved by two percent, that'd be 22 percent improvement in the team, which is massive."

Listen yourself.

More amusing is his account of cobbling together a decrepit a-team, or rather c-team, of people who were out of work and willing to drop doing nothing to join up for a four game long adventure.

Bitterly disappointed Sammy lee won't be along for the ride. I loved his gremlin antics on the touchline

Some utter bellend on the radio earlier said that Fat Sam is a better manager than Klopp because he's had more success doing his job (keeping teams up) than Jurgen has doing his job (winning trophies - "He's only win the league ONCE").

This is the claptrap that we're going to have to deal with forever from the haters, acting like we've failed somehow, because we've 'only' won one title, whilst conveniently forgetting that we've been up against possibly the best, richest side ever assembled (who also cheat to win), and were a hair away from three titles and another European Cup.

This is why, if we're out of the reckoning, I want City to walk it. Because gobsites like this are already pretending we've somehow failed over these past 5 years or so. Imagine how ridiculous they'd get if the arse come out of nowhere to win the title this season?!?!

I agree that they are gobshites, and that's why instead of all that I just ignore them.

I'm probably in a minority of 1 but I hope he keeps them up. There's the Ev issue, plus, I'd enjoy seeing the fat mess embarrass himself on a weekly basis next season.

No you're not. IMO Southampton are gone and I don't think Forest will survive, the third drop spot's between Leeds and the blueslime and I want the latter gone - and preferably staying down indefinitely - so we don't have a guaranteed pair of games a season in which a couple of our players get nasty injuries.

"A bit of work with attacking and defending, defending and attacking with the players this week hopefully improves the players level of performance."

"We've all been talking about ball-in-play more than we've been talking about time wasting. The game is ferocious enough as it is."

"We've got 9 points to go for. We know if we get 9 points, which is a massive ask, we'll stay up.

If we get 6 we might do.

If we get 5, well, we can't get 5... Yeah we can get 5, yeah!"

I’m so caught between seeing Fat Sam keep Leeds up at Everton’s expense and him deliver zero points whatsoever and loooking like tha massive arse he is.

My dream of him getting the Man Utd with Giggsy as his Ass Man is unfortunately over…
