i guess from parma's point of view there was no point going above the price they did if they were only going to sell him for 5m more to us , it's pretty much the same profit .
Same now applies to Roma so unless we offer say 12 or something then i'd be surprised if they'd be interested at all .
Doubt this will happen .
"I am at Roma now," Borini told Goal.com. "Roma have just bought me, either today or yesterday.
"It's not my business now to go to Liverpool or to stay. I don't know [if there is a possibility of doing so]. For now, I am a Roma player."
That's a pretty big complement (or insult)My grandad who's from Swansea described this lad as 'better than torres'. Now whether that's Liverpool Torres or Chelsea Torres.......

Exactly, who isnt?He also described him as better on the ball and quicker than Carroll which wasn't much of a clue!
What's up with Parma? They seem to be having a fire-sale. First Giovinco now Borini.
Hi Fabio, sorry I'm just getting up to speed having been away for 10 days and I just saw this thread.I know a few chelsea fans who were livid he left. Perhaps pesam can enlighten us to his Swansea days
The lad is intent on staying with Roma.
We'll give you that one Spud! But if he does end up signing for us at one point I'll be proclaiming him some super Torres--Shearer hybrid

Fabio Borini has snubbed transfer interest in his services from Liverpool. “I am a Roma player,” he insisted.
The Premiership club are keen on the forward given that new boss Brendan Rodgers worked with him during a spell at Swansea.
Liverpool made some enquiries last week, but could do nothing until his co-ownership status was resolved.
That was sorted out on Saturday after the capital club won a blind auction for his services with Parma.
“I am a Roma player,” the Italian international, part of the Azzurri’s Euro 2012 squad, said when asked about a possible move to Anfield.
“It’s not my business that there is talk about whether I go to Liverpool or stay. It doesn’t matter to me, I am Roma.”
