Loved this one too:

I loved it too, then I saw that TRex was also laughing and it took some of the joy out of it.
He's one of their few players guaranteed to fall upwards. Spurs will replace sometimes good sometimes shit Lloris with Pickford and it will make no difference to their results

There's so many reasons why that is funny. Especially the T-Rex thing. My younger brother who's a massive Toon fan (forgive him) stepped up in epic style a few months back and dressed up as a T-Rex at a Toon game. There's probably youtube clips of him dancing around the home end and taunting Pickford. Apparently he took it all in good grace. Funny. I love the pic. @darkstarexodus beat me to it as I was going to avatar it up. Wise man that @darkstarexodus 🙂

Pickford randomly shouting at his defenders for no aparant reason is so funny.
Hope Spurs sign him.

What stood out in this game was when Gakpo scored his first goal, he was released from the ball n chain and was making runs and giving a fuck & looking forward to his next few matches..

The immediate increase in confidence was very apparent - like a massive weight had just been removed from his shoulders.

I think Beglin commented at the time that it looked like he was suddenly doing things instinctively rather than thinking about it.

His reputation was for “elite ball striking” - he’s tall and looks relatively strong physically, touch seems pretty good - I thought he was supposed to be pacy, but haven’t seen it yet.

If passing and control is his thing allied to potentially better finishing than Bobby - maybe a more physical, but slightly less skilful Bobby replacement could work.

Her certainly seems a sort of calm, chilled sort of guy, unlike the mad Chilean.

I like that he’s coming deep, helping the midfield and creating space for the other 2 - if they both and Jotta hit some form, a few teams are in for a right bumming.

He isn't slow, as I've been saying. He's just not a player who is on the last shoulder, he is that longer stride slower spin up, rather than being explosive, and we are comparing him with elite speed demons.

He's more technical and capable of keeping possession than Nunez and Salah, and I can really see the logic of him as a replacement for firmino. Whatever his preference, I don't get what the point of him is on the left wing.

He's deceptively fast it seems. It's his height and those long legs, he lopes along yet defenders aren't able to catch him. Watch him get away from defenders, once he spins or gains a yard they don't catch up. Not Nunez (fastest in the PL) fast but watch the clip Rurik posted of the break - he outpaced Mo over 50m! Maybe it's over the first 5m he's not as fast.

On a side note if anyone watched the MO interview they'd have seen him 'wowing' at Nunez's pace.

Rurik's post on the break :

Yeah I re-watched it - he certainly hit the afterburners there.

Mind you, I thought I saw Tarkowski outpace Mo at one point!!!

I said Gakpo wasn't a bad buy and we shouldn't worry, now imagine if we had an ownership that gave the funds and addressed the concerns on the pitch by giving the manager funds.

So both clubs are being charged for that altercation? The FA seems to be on crackdown on unruly behaviour as well as hunt for cash.
