You NEED a goalscorer. But other than that i would say the future looks really positive. Youve been the better side this half by miles.

Yeah we might actually win a few more games from now on, but we still look well short of ever making a tournament. At least i can watch the game now and not be automatically thinking we're going to get humped 4-0 regardless of who we're playing.

I dont know if it was a message or not, i would guess it was, but regardless, its standard practice so unless you think every manager in the history of the game is a cunt then you are just being silly.
 
What did Carroll gain from that despite one more cap?

I know its what every manager does, but I dont have to agree with it do I? Furthermore as its one of our players aswell. Stay on the bench and return injury free.
