Luis Suarez is back at Melwood...

.....picking up some items he left behind (Sky Sports).

According to some Utd fans at work, RVP needs an operation that will keep him out for 3-4 months.
Thats probably why they're desperate to add Falcao.

I thought he was banned from training grounds. And holding up a shirt MUST count as football activity.

This is the only plausible reason I could think of. Else they are crazy not strengthening their defense. Looking forward to a spectacular implosion

i know i know , let it go , but seeing how sterling and the rest of the team are developing i can't help but wish he was still here with them , even if he is a cunt .

I'd loved him to stay anyway.
And he's only a cunt now that he is not ours... 😉

But that includes revenue from CL games surely.

Yeah it does about £35m per year comes from CL.

But it excludes the new Chevrolet deal which is an additional £25m per season and next season without CL the new Nike deal is an additional £25m without CL.

So without CL we should be able to make a profit of about £150m per season with it probably about £230m.

I hope he sees out his 4 month ban, turns shit for a year, then engineers a move back to us when Barca drop out of the CL.

That was overturned by the court of arbitration after he left. Assume that's part of the reason he came back, to say goodbye properly.

By the way - I haven't followed stuff about Monaco much (who really does?) - but why are they busy offloading their star players? The whole Monaco story with them buying big players for a season and then selling them on a season later, smells very, very fishy to me.

Typical Russian billionaire stuff. Spends big, then circumstances change (in his case a messy divorce) and he makes a rapid U-turn. Can't wait for Roman's turn.

Their owner split up with his wife I think and it will cost him a shitload. Thats why they're not spending anything and selling a lot of their players.

Fuck Utd and fuck transfer deadline day. It's the day football disappears up its own arse and it's frankly ridiculous.*

* Unless we're involved obvs.
