From that page, it's 26 players on loan (including one Fernando Torres).
But does anyone think FIFA will grow a set enough to stop this nefarious activity?
Not me.

I wouldn't hold my breath.
FIFA (and UEFA) are a b bunch of cunts who only care about living their good life of football.
The Qatar WC 2022 says it all...

I doubt they see any point tbh.

City, PSG & Chelsea have all been heavily linked with buying Portuguese clubs to effectively park players in until they want to use them (unlimited numbers of players, no work permit restrictions) & there's already been a massive kick off about that Chelsea feeder club (i forget who), cos Chelsea were taking loaned players back from them to make sure they don't get in the CL, but it all mysteriously went away again.

Anyway who thinks it's ever gonna be anything like a level playing field whilst these two clubs can change the entire landscape of a foreign league to give themselves an advantage is mistaken.

To combat this effectively eufa would need to rewrite all the ownership rules & spend a huge amount on lawyers to investigate each clubs true ownership (Chelsea legally claim to have nothing to do with their feeder club as some shell corporation owns it).

It's wrong, but the financial scale of wrongdoing is completely disproportionate to the measures that can be used against it.

That is just the ones they have officially signed before you start looking at stuff like 3rd party ownership through agents and the fact that they own Vitesse and possibly other clubs.

Wellbeck is a good buy for Arsenal, he's a good player who's versatile and will give them a bit of grit and determination to do well.

Wenger is also going to find it difficult to keep up with play wearing that ridiculous jacket.

Sauron...😀

I think he'll do well for them. They have a lot of creativity in MF, and he's going to enjoy some good scoring opportunities.
