And it's not beyond the realms that we could concede 6 in the last four, really. We barely go a game without conceding. Either way, it's a marginal improvement. It's not looking better at all, not in any way significantly. And certainly not as you said "The defence under Rodgers had us in sixth place, under Klopp we were in the top four". When we finished 6th we conceded two less goals than when we finished 2nd, so the defence wasn't really anything to do with it, the goals got us 2nd place, just like this season the goals got us on the top four, the defence hasn't had anything to do with it, other than hindering us.

It's not selective reasoning, he came in whilst the season was in progress and had no say over transfers and had no pre season with the players, trying to pin that number on Klopp is laughable at best. You're right it's not beyond the realms that we could concede that many goals, but I bet you we won't, and Klopp will end up with a better goal record than Rodgers ever got. You're right it's hardly a massive margin, but I did make it quite clear in my original post that it was comparison between shit to slightly worse shit.

I think from now on we will struggle until we face boro which we may win. Losing to Crystal Palace is a big issue for us and quite simply I have no hope that we will make the CL. I think we have given united an extra incentive against City - and I reckon they will take it up very well.
