Reflecting on the pre December thread, I'd like to report that the following folks predicted quite well.
Thread: http://www.sixcrazyminutes.com/index.php?threads/crystal-balls.41201/

  • Fox Force Five - Predictions are V close
  • Holle (said we'd be top at Xmas)
  • Hallmeister: Just got the Spurs game wrong. "If we get 9 or more points out of that lot we've done well."
  • Mom: the poster, not my my own Mum, did well
  • RoadRed: Very good.
  • Skully: Somehow predicted Hitzelberger would come out of the closet.
We finished the spell in forth - not one person got all the game results right, never mind the scores!!

With that in mind, what's your predictions through March 15. Here's mine

Might seem a bit far fetched 28 points out of 30 BUT I correctly predicted at the start of the season that we'd be in the top 4 by Xmas and suggested we could win the league if we are within 6 or 7 points of top by the January transfer window AND Rodgers signs us another couple of gems. If we can get a decent DM'er and left back and keep Suarez, Mignolet, Skrtel, Henderson, Coutinho, Hendserson and Sturridge fit then I think we'll finish top 2.

By the way, I also predicted United wouldn't finish top 6 before a ball was kicked this season and that's not looking too shabby a prediction either.

Those results I've predicted are only possible if we sign a top drawer CM'er and left back. With our current squad I'd guess at about 22-23 points which is is still decent.

yeah and I'm a pessimist! We've learnt to beat the lesser teams recently, especially at home, so we should win the majority of those. I can see us losing points against Arsenal and Everton at home, but could also see us winning those. However, we're also due a slip against someone shit somewhere. And Man Utd are jammy cunts. I still think they'll get top 4. 21 points would be great.

Stoke 2-2 Liverpool

26 points for summer onions. Good man. Ok, so last call today to see who has the best crystal balls. Any more predictions before we shut the thread down? There seems to be a lack of pessimists out there this time around!
