Yeah, well, I know what time it is

(I've been listening to that CD *very* loud in my car a lot recently, which I would imagine makes me look an even bigger twat than usual)
I had Black steel on very loud on my way home tonight.
Did you ever check out that Chuck D solo
album btw? It wasn't great but 'Mistachuck' and 'Niggativity' are cracking tunes.

Fuck this Domesday fear-mongering.

The bottom line is that we as Liverpool supporters should unite and back the club and the players who are willing to play for us and get us back to where we belong.

I don't care if United get their 19th title we should stop focusing on their achievements and start focusing solely on the well being of this club.

If Torres wants to go, show him the door.
If Gerrard our so called "captain" wants to leave, show him the door.
The same goes for Mascherano.

I have no sympathy for sulking glory hunters. If Torres was fit and Gerrard performed at his usual level we wouldn't be in this fix.

Players come and go, but I will always support the club.

I honestly believe Rafa loves Liverpool and really wants to be the one to turn things around.
Sure he isn't without fault but he's been shafted several times by the this board and the previous one.
Even if Rafa decides to cut his losses and leave it isn't all doom and gloom.
We will get a new and hopefully a better manager to continue where he left off.

The problem IMO is this race we've been in for 20 years. That's why we haven't seen new talent since Gerrard. We are expecting class almost instantly while United can take a year off, build a new team and come out stronger than before.
They weren't meant to win the league this year, but thanks to our and other teams average performances they overachieved.

Can't wait for this season to be over and for all these speculations to die down.

No, I gave up after Fear Of A Black Planet

Although 'He Got Game' is great
Yeah it went from good album to good track on a shite album.

YNWA brother. Great post.

When you walk through a storm and all that.

I'll love this club come what may.

Of course we'll always love the club. When you see pain inflicted on a love one you feel sorrow. It's a natural reaction.

Sunny's bitching about the cost of his season ticket is interesting

I gave mine up in maybe 92 ish, and although I never paid for it (Cheers Bluenose Dad!) I'm pretty sure it was only about 140 quid

Does that sound right? Big old jump to 700 or whatever it is these days.

Or maybe not, inflation and that.

Not knocking that Sunny, but though we may not have reached our nadir yet- let's hope this is it, we've climbed from deeper darker times than this.

Hope is preferable to sorrow.

£700 will be about right it's been around 650 kop season ticket for the past 2 seasons.

I'm entitled to bitch after sitting through this clusterfuck of a season. But. I love Liverpool. It's in the blood. Shite or not. I'll be back there next year. And the year after that. And so on. Probably bitching and asking "Why" but fuck it I'll be there all the same.

What?! Really? That's astonishing

Even if it is Blackburn
The commentator said it during the Blackburn/Arsenal game, although I wasn't really paying attention.
Blackburn's is £199 apparently.

Obviously they're shite though.
And they still can't fill Ewood.

I'm thinking of switching my allegiance to Grimsby Town instead.

Fucking glory hunter.

Fucking right it is Doc. Let's hope this is our lowest ebb. It's important we stick together through the tough times. And fuck those two avaricious cunts off.

So it's 15 x what 18 maybe?

That's 240

Hmmm. Still, it's tripled at least.

You know what, it wouldn't be the money that would be the issue if I was a season ticket holder

It's the *time*, that personal four hours out of your weekend or weeknight committment (sp?) That would really grate

I think that's why I jibbed my season ticket. I realised there were better things to be doing with my time. I saw going the game as a chore.

Well yeh it's not so much the money for your tickets. Like you say it's time. Having to rearrange work commitments if possible. Some games I drive back and forth from my caravan in Wales which is about a 3 hour round trip. Plus there's your money for ale and stuff which effectively doubles what you spend a ticket a year. Plus it was fucking FREEZING this year. Brass monkeys. And Spurs have just scored. Nice one.

My Dad was a hardcore Blue, home *and* away

Gave it all up when I was born so that he could spend time with his first son, and ensure that I grew up a decent, well-adjusted and loving person
