The democrats could just show up to trial tomorrow and say "there is no ethidence of voter fraud" and the matter is resolved. Instead they have gone running to the supreme court to get the case thrown out before it is even heard on the basis that "there is no ethidence of voter fraud", because waiting one day and giving the same answer in a trial where it will be tested in the most preliminary and superficial way you could hope for, would clearly "undermine democracy" or something.

She obviously got it right at the third attempt, but was totally oblivious to the damage done to the title.
