Big D vs Twitter

It's Qanon

No it's OANN. They interviewed some guy who infiltrated antifa. He described an antifa conference call he was on, they were discussing trump, one of the guys says shit imagine if he wins, then coomer who is on the call said nah, don't worry I got this, I took care of it, he ain't winning.

I hope that latest loss in PA with a case with no merit wasn’t the one Dantes was pinning all his hopes & dreams on, with that Trump info guy & his excel spreaddie.

That was wisconsin. But I have no hope, certainly not since president elect biden invoked the power of god almighty.

According to your little Twitter link it was GA & PA - I’ve lost count of which cases the Republicans have lost Vs the ones they haven’t lost yet.

Anyhoo... do remember that time Trump got the riot police to tear gas protesters so as he could get a photo holding a bible at the church near the White House.

Also - do you remember that interview were Trump said the bible was his favourite book (just ahead of one of his own) but then couldn’t name what his favourite bit was - struggled a bit telling the difference between the Old & New Testament?

Hey-ho... seems to be s common theme in Presidents.

There were six more cases filed last week, I've also lost track of what is going on where. If and when something happens, I will surely get back up to speed and you'll be the first to know.

Trump doesn't give a shit about religion, and was just pretending to for his voters. Every president does that.

No president, not even W Bush, has had such poor and rapidly declining brain function, they are told what to read off a teleprompter, with no clue in the world what they are actually saying, such that when they get phonetically hard to pronounce words, they stumble and fuck up. Other presidents have speeches written for them, but still have some cognitive awareness of it's substance. Biden does not. They should use the phonetic alphabet to script his speeches from now on, since he can no longer handle both reading and inferring the pronunciation simultaneously.

Trump still lost to him, imagine that, a man who had socially distanced rallies before leading upto the election. Biden was pretty much had to put fuck all effort, just turn up and do the minimum required. Really must be hard to accept I guess...

Meanwhile in Wisconsin:
“A recount in Wisconsin’s largest county demanded by President Donald Trump’s election campaign ended on Friday with the president-elect, Joe Biden, gaining votes.

After the recount in Milwaukee county, Biden made a net gain of 132 votes, out of nearly 460,000 cast. Overall, the Democrat gained 257 votes to Trump’s 125.

Trump’s campaign had demanded recounts in two of Wisconsin’s most populous and Democratic-leaning counties, after he lost Wisconsin to Biden by more than 20,000 votes. The two recounts will cost the Trump campaign $3m. Dane county is expected to finish its recount on Sunday.”

Big D. The gift that keeps on giving and giving and giving 😀

A federal appeals court in Pennsylvania has delivered a strongly worded repudiation of Donald Trump’s latest attempt to overturn his presidential election defeat, dismissing his challenge to the state’s results as without merit, and backing a district judge who likened the president’s evidence-free and error-strewn lawsuit to “Frankenstein’s monster”.

On Friday, a three-member panel confirmed unanimously a lower court’s decision last week to rebuff the arguments made by Trump’s legal team, led by the former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, that voting in Pennsylvania was marred by widespread fraud.

Trump lost Pennsylvania, a state he had won in 2016, to the Democratic president-elect Joe Biden by more than 80,000 votes.
“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,” Judge Stephanos Bibas wrote for the 3rd US circuit court of appeals.

The judge denounced as “breathtaking” a Republican request to reverse certification of the vote, adding (in clear defiance and repudiation of Dantes) : “Voters, not lawyers, choose the president. Ballots, not briefs, decide elections. [The] campaign’s claims have no merit.”

Justices also remarked on the lawsuit’s staggering demand that an entire election be overturned retroactively. “They have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted,” justice David Wecht wrote in a concurring opinion.

Are you not readying yourself for President Harris, Dantes?

Are you not readying yourself for President Harris, Dantes?

No. It is the people on the monopoly board who need to ready themselves for when they land on her hotel and she says 'pay me'. Don't mistake me for one of the pieces on the board. I'm more like God in this scenario, looking down, telling people what they should have bought. When the game ends, I'll simply walk to the fridge and grab a beer, find something else to do, or get back to my own game which you wouldn't know how to play.

Arizona to be certified today. Not long now til the electoral college rolls in and we can move on.

The state legislature still has to authorise the electors to go to the electoral college, and there is a chance they won't because they're not as discerning as the courts are about ethidence.

So if that happens in this or one of the other states, the democrats will have to sue. It'd be technically illegal for the legislature to do this, the law is a complicated mess but when it works itself out the answer will be "the state legislature is not legally permitted to ignore the will of the people", and so the defence of that court case will concern the will of the people, and then you have your trial on whether fraud took place or not, in order to ascertain the will of the people. Except this time around time will be against the democrats. That's what I think will happen. I think they'll lose one state. The rest will be enough to get the corpse into office. But that lost state will have done the damage. Then there will be blood. I pray for this as a devout palmist.

What is the mounting evidence?

Not sure. Rudy Giuliani is going around having meetings that look and sound like court hearings in front of the senators. But they're several hours in duration which makes it difficult to review and the fake news aren't going to help out.

It doesn't matter. After the hearing he might have paid the senators a bribe, which would be a risky thing to do with a judge, but no problem at all with a politician. What do I care.

Let’s just take a look at what Dantes’s twitter mate is suggesting and Dantes is kind of advocating.

States have certified - which means, if I get this right, they send representatives to the Electoral College to select the next President - normally, as in every election I’m aware of - the representatives of the electoral college would cast their votes to reflect the result of the election result.

So - in order to get round it - some Trump supporters are actively demanding that Trump supporters are selected as representatives and then vote the way Trump wants them to vote, rather than what the result of the election was.

If ever you wanted to know what a coup d’état looks like - you’d find it hard to find a better example - don’t like the result? Just ignore it proclaim yourself winner, spread disinformation about the security of the elections.

Why even bother having elections - next step is you do away with them in any meaningful sense. I’m sure Trump’s narcissistic and mental enough to think he should be allowed to remain in office for as long as he likes - like his mate Putin and is probably jealous of his other mate in North Korea.

That’s actually quite scary.

Well, as long as Rudy is involved I’m sure it will go well.

He's actually suited to this role, as it involves him running his mouth about a criminal conspiracy for several hours without having to know much about the law. Big D is working with what he's got.

It's also quite beautiful. If you tried to do this in any other democracy, you'd have stacks of legislation and several centuries of case law, piled high to the ceiling, and you'd need to navigate your way through it with a robust legal argument. There's only one lawyer on earth even capable of such a thing. However, the US have their sacred constitution, which trumps all the legislation and all the case law. It's wonderful for getting things done when you need them to be done, which is partly why their economy was so great, you can't regulate away someones ability to acquire wealth as the lizards tend to do over here.
