Well that’s the question isn’t it - at what point do Republicans feel obliged to let an annoyance such as an election get in the way of being in power - why bother with them again.

Why would Trump then countenance the possibility of losing the Senate in January therefore making it impossible for him to do anything for 2 years.

May as well just disband the Senate... maybe just let some regional governors control the states for him.

Probably need some sort of ultimate weapon just in case anyone thinks of rebelling - something big....

I hope Kushner’s trip to the Middle East isn’t to negotiate for some Clones to join a new grand army of the republic.

So in those circumstances, they're asking to get disbanded and taken over by the empire. More than that, they deserve it. Any other outcome would leave me pissed off. Even if Big D won fair and square in court or by recount, it's not good enough. They must pay the price. Even if it's just one state for now, it's a start.
