70m is approximately how many people voted for him. $50 is the donation he was requesting, allegedly. $20-30k is a decent sized portion of most people's salaries which the socialists want to put their grubby fingers on, I estimated that by $1k being pointless, $50k being delusionally optimistic, so the middle value is about right.
The point of these numbers which you have missed, is that the $50 is not a straight donation being taken from idiots, the donors hope to gain something in return for it.

That's not the mailing addresses, they're the voter registration addresses. Also, last time I checked a PO Box isn't listed as "Apt. 216".
