When people say that Trump is going to get locked up after this, what for? I don't really delve too deeply into the news, so can someone explain it in layman's terms please?

When you read something with a number in it, do you assume because it is a number it has been calculated and is accurate? You assume numbers come from calculations? If the tax returns are normally distributed amongst the population, and my estimate of the mean is accurate (mu = $25k), and my estimate of the deviation is also accurate (sigma = $5k), then 68.2% of the 70m will be paying that much more in taxes.
