Big D vs Twitter

The most secure and safest election ever!

Said the committee that sounds independent but is in fact packed with the companies that provide the software.

And that server in Germany has since been returned to the States

Is this the server that Sidney Powell was wanging on about?

The Sydney Powell that the Trump campaign have just dropped for making up stuff and being a bit mental about conspiracy theories- like a server in Germany hosting info about voting irregularities?

The Sydney Powell that even Tucker Carlson felt like he had to ask for evidence to support her claims (she didn’t provide any).

The Sydney Powell that’s going to blow up Georgia with a “biblical” lawsuit?

Like I said before: the only reason Trump is so nuts about this is because he knew the Russians were rigging it for him - like they did in 2016. So he couldn't possibly lose, unless the Democrats were fixing it better on their side too. It must make him crazy!

I love how Rosco and Dantes are still wasting vast amounts of time on this. It's glorious. Just say that you prefer lower taxation, and fewer regulations. So you like the Republican agenda. Great. Fine. But don't tell us you think Trump is anything but a sociopath - because then you're lumping yourselves squarely in the total nutter category.

If you haven't done so quite admirably already.

No, what was in the affidavit?

Lies and inaccuracies apparently - almost like it was a fraudulent attempt to subvert an election.

Someone should look in to fraudulent activity in the Trump campaign- it’s not hard to find some smoke - must be fire there.

The inaccuracy is the county being in the wrong state. If you read that part of the affidavit, then the witness doesn't say which state the county is in, he only says the person who gave him the data is from Michigan. So that could be a typo, a clerical error, or an innocent mistake on either person's behalf. It also doesn't matter either way as his affidavit is about the software on the voting machines, the guy is an IT person who audited the software, so it doesn't really matter what state he's analysing.

The fake news is fixated upon that error, and ignores literally everything else in the affidavit. Then it ends of the article by saying the judge threw out the case as having no merit. So you're left to infer the court found no merit in this guys affidavit. Guess what you're going to find if you read the order dismissing the case...

https://electioncases.osu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Wood-v-Raffensperger-Doc54.pdf

The case was a constitutional argument. Asking for an injunction to strike out the vote of every single person in the state because of a technicality. The affidavit the news article brings into it has nothing to do with the technicality or the basis for the injunction. The legal argument is what lacked merit. The legal argument from the case the other day when they won didn't lack merit. The interesting thing here is the law.

So all we have is the fake news jumping on a typo or something, then jumping on a court order dismissing a case, and using it to tell you there is "no ethidence of voter fraud".

If the fake news reported this accurately, you'd have citizens learn about the law. Kids might get hooked on it and decide to become lawyers. Or they could report on the statistics, and inspire people to become mathematicians.

Instead, the fake news doesn't care about brains, they just want to push the narrative and inspire people to be like Hansern and click on the articles, consume, click, consume, click, consume.

What I gathered from the story is that spazzy Davids in themselves aren't rock solid exhibits of proof. Some people were throwing them round the place like they were smoking guns.

Just youtube some qanon vids and you'll find thousands of people ready to swear to any old crap to keep trump in charge.

So let me get this straight- so as I understand it.

Trump’s lawyers filed a case with no merit contains affidavits that we’re, at best, inaccurate or an error.

This collection of human errors, inaccuracies and actions without merit should inspire a generation to become lawyers - so that they too can conduct similar pointless legal fishing expeditions because some grumpy old retard is in a huge strop because he didn’t get what he wanted for Christmas?

That’s great - humanity is saved.

Dantes Affidavit: I saw hansern eating a crayon.

That is rock solid proof that hansern ate a cayon.

Lawyer: hansern is a deviant, he eats crayons, lock him up

Hansern Affidavit: I was afraid the crayon was poisonuous, so wanted to test it before letting my kid play with it

This is rock solid proof that hansern is not a deviant / is good at lying

Judge: I'm satisfied nothing illegal happened here, case dismissed.

I just explained that the affidavit was not inaccurate or an error.

But in this case you actually saw Hansern eating a lipstick and mistook it for a crayon.

Anyway - I did a bit of digging into yer new best mate at Allied Securities Operations Group.

Needless to say they’re Texas based right leaning that are one of the main sponsors of a site called everylegalvote.com where they encourage people to submit affidavits on voter fraud. It’s also based in Texas, clearly pro Trump.

One co-sponsor is The Economic War Room (ran by some guy called Kevin Freeman - it’s unashamedly pro-Trump to no-ones surprise and it’s Facebook page contains all the greatest hits of Dantes & Ross.

The other co-sponsor is... you’ll love this... The Liberty Centre for God and Country. Texas again - although Trump might be a little liberal for their liking - First thing that seems to appear on their Facebook is the demand for a Texan Republican Governor to be tarred and feathered for compelling people to wear masks or something. Truly interesting reading.

I’m not saying they’re mental or politically motivated in any way.

I for one would be in full support if this has inspired you to buy a trench coat and become a shady private investigator.

The affidavit has a list of precincts with red flags from data it is claimed was provided by the Michigan Secretary of State, using the Dominion voting system - number one is the township of Bellville.

Bellville is a precinct of 82 people in the county of Beltrami which is in Minnesota and that county is listed on the Minnesota Secretary of State as using an ES&S system - not Dominion.

So I’ll ask again, councillor - does the affidavit contain information that is inaccurate.

It was more fun than trying to read through a167 page contract on my phone for the house I’m about to buy.

Legally type people have uses - and one will be employed to make sure I’m actually buying the house and not a cardboard box.

No your honour. The affidavit states that information was obtained from the michigan secretary of state, then summarises the findings. There is no evidence those findings are inaccurate. The affidavit then states there were 19 precincts where turnout was greater than 100% and lists them. There is no evidence to suggest those findings are inaccurate.

If it is claimed that all 19 precincts are from Michigan, that would be inaccurate. However, it is not claimed. Even if it were claimed explicitly, nothing turns upon that claim and you are wasting the courts time to even bring it up. What next? Do you wish to dispute a spelling mistake?

In the real world, the guy has shoved the data into a spreadsheet, sorted it by state, then scrolled down highlighting all the Michigan entries. Since Minnesota also begins with an Mi, and this guy is probably autistic, for which a common associated illness is dyslexia, then he has not noticed the change form Michigan to Minnesota as he was scrolling. Therefore the two data sets have been inadvertently mixed up.

It's possible.
Crayon is the Greek for lipstick. My wife used to tell me I'm pronouncing it wrong and told me it in a French accent. She didn't tell me that the crayons are actually called something else. I went to a shop that sold stationary to buy some crayons for my kid and asked the woman in the shop for a box of lipsticks. She looked blankly at me but luckily another woman in the shop put two and two together.

Councillor - I refer you to page 6 and 7 of the affidavit where it states “Wayne County uses Dominion equipment” and then lists 25 precincts out of the county’s 47 precincts as having red flag data.

Would it be true to say that those precincts are not in Wayne County, and in fact are not precincts in the State of Michigan but are in fact precincts in the State of Minnesota - which I hope my learned friend agrees - is actually and literally a different place.

Would you say that this constitutes a factual inaccuracy in the affidavit?

Let me help you here - yes.... yes it is.... and your inference that it’s an easy mistake because “both states begin with Mi” should be an indication that nothing you say should be taken seriously ever again.

All the more reason to rejoice at the coming new world order, uniting everyone under one common language and/or tax rate.
