Even with finance, reputation and dominance, you can’t win the title every year. Manchester United ended Chelsea’s run of back-to-back titles. Dortmund briefly interrupted Bayern’s dominance.

So, according to John Cross, the fact that super rich clubs don't always have it their own way and have problems, somehow takes away from the achievement when a lower budget team wins the league back to back?
