I don't really like him. A prototypical mid-table striker – that's why the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea and Spurs who were all in the market for a striker were never in for him this summer. His time in Liverpool conclusively proved that he doesn't have enough game intelligence to take his game to the next level. In addition to that, he is a streaky player who is next to useless when he is low on confidence, which means using him as a squad player or "plan B" doesn't really work either. I'm surprised by all the pundits who tipped him for success in Liverpool – in contrast most of the fans here had a much more realistic view.
