I like Ancelotti.

I read his thesis which he did in his time at the Casa Italia (a HQ in Florence where most of the football education is done in Italy).

Quality thesis on the the future of football and how the game would evolve over the next 10-20 years.

Will try to track it down if anyone has the time or lack-of social life to read it.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind having a look.
 
Of course the game's going to evolve in 10-20 years, it evolves every 10-20 years. That said, that was a moody thing to say and I actually wouldn't mind having a read.
 
He is an excellant manager and has proven you don't need to spend to win things.

You just need to get the best out of what you have.

Something we haven't done in quite sometime (CL 2005 aside)

Ross's point regarding Lyon is excellant.

Arsenal are another example of a club who work the transfer market very well.
