Aguero and Higuain

I've read in various places that these two are up for sale this summer for about 35m euro each.

If Chelsea's £70m sterling bid for Torres is to be believed, we'd have a little left over from his sale and the two Argie's as replacements. I'm not saying it's likely given it's doubtful that either would come here, but it might give a little perspective on the prospective doomsday scenario of losing Torres.

Buying two excellent players in their early twenties to replace a perenially half-fit Torres would surely make good sense. Either could do a decent job of replacing Torres on their own, but to have both would surely improve us as a team.

Again, I'm not saying it is a likely scenario just that 70m or 80m for Torres is surely too much to turn down if (and it's a big if) we get to reinvest the money in the squad.

I'd be tempted to let him go and buy in Ireland (short-term replacement alongside Aquilani) and McCarthy (long-term replacement) with the cash.

Aguero will likely leave for more than £35M, especially with Chelsea courting him.

The worrying thing for me is, I'm far from convinced we would be allowed to reinvest all of the money from the sale of Fernando Torres.
