Oh I'm in mate. 3 = true!
No in the Daily Mail = trueDaily Mail seem to think it will be done next week

Like coutinho thenAs long as we're not paying over 20m I'll be very happy with the deal. 2 good feet and able to beat a man. Only cons are his stamina and pace. Southampton fans seem to think he struggles to last 90 mins.
I know he'll play further forward, but I wonder how much of this will be to ease the burden on Gerrard in the long run, with Lallana ultimately stepping into Stevie's shoes. We need someone to (apologies for the cliche) put their foot on the ball and dictate the play and the tempo. Gerrard can do that in some respects, but he's not a patch on Alonso for that sort of composure and discipline, such is his nature (still) to drive the team.
Interesting anyway.
Aldo reckons we're in for Diame and Costa btw.
I dont see lallana being that type of player at all. He's definitely a attacking midfielder who can beat a man, but he's no playmaker. I genuinely believe hendo or suso will become our playmaker in the future. they're developing that way. Then we have Suso too, it'd be nice to have someone who can control the play from deeper in midfield. I'm don't know whether Allen, Lallana or Suso could do that in the longrun.

Costa would be a fantastic signing.
Interesting point about Lallana. I wonder how players such as Suso and Teixeira will develop in a similar sort of regard, because Rodgers does seem to be keen on that sort of player playing deeper in the midfield. I haven't seen all that much of Suso on loan or Teixeira in the reserves though, so I could be way off with them.
Yeah this is my thought, it just seems that we're spending big on an another attack minded midfielder, when the real issue's lie deeper in the middle of the park. I just mean Lallana might take over the mantle Gerrard had when spearing the midfield. Anyway, it's not that we don't need another addition to fight it out with Sterling and Coutinho, particularly with us back in the CL, but It'll be interesting to see if he does bring in someone for the anchor positions.
Diame would be a solid back up option - and Costa? How would we keep Costa, Suarez & Sturridge happy appearance wise?
Costa would be the most hated player in the league within a month!
Costa will get to be the main man at Chelsea and earn loads of money. Here he'll have to fit in alongside the other attackers - even if Suarez goes.
We won't be getting Costa.
If we get lallana, konoplyanka and have borini back I cant see us buying another striker.I know mate, we need another striker though. I wonder if buying the Ukrainian lad would mean that we won't?

Liverpool have made a bid for Southampton captain Adam Lallana, BBC Radio Solent has learned.
Midfielder Lallana, 26, has been a key member of the Saints side this season, scoring 10 goals in 42 appearances and earning three England caps.
He is set to be named in England's World Cup squad on Monday and admitted in Sunday's pre-match programme he has aspirations to play at a higher level.
"I'm ambitious. I want to one day play in the Champions League," said Lallana.
Speaking on Sunday, Southampton chairman Ralph Krueger said he expected interest in the club's star players.
"The reason people look at our players is because the club does an excellent job developing them," Krueger told BBC Radio Solent. "It should be difficult here every summer.
"It is really important that people respect that there will be conversations going on, beginning on Monday, with clubs. That is part of the business."
