Is he £16m better than Jordan Ibe?
Suarez works damn hard at the front , it's not an attribute I'd associate with either shaqiri or Sanchez , that lazar lad at least looks to work hard along side attacking duties
Every time I've seen him he's been a little dynamoSanchez doesn't work hard? What makes you think that?

His name means he could well be Mexican*, & we all know that Mexicans just sit round drinking beer all day growing their moustaches.
.
Depends on the definition of world class"Since when is Sanchez world class?"

Only real way to compare is to get both Sanchez and Shaqiri -- we can compare them every week!
I think the choice is between Shaqiri and Markovic. Sanchez is a different type of player.
Yeah probably. If we get Sanchez from the Suarez deal, my preference is for Markovic. He seems the better fit with his defensive work and his sheer pace. Markovic reminds me a lot of Sterling actually.
Shit pen. Shit player.
We're basing our opinion on players when they're at their poorest.... Right Modo?
I honestly haven't seen anything of Markovic except the Youtube clips somebody put up on the forum. He looks good but I've not convinced from that highlight reel that he's any better than Shaqiri who has been really impressive in virtually every match at the WC - and especially yesterday where I don't think he lost possession once (and he saw a lot of the ball) whilst running the Argentine defenders ragged on both wings, they had to double up on him every time he got the ball. For £15m vs Markovic's purported £25m I know which one I'd choose !
I'm with you, Shaqiri reminds me of something between Sterling and Coutinho, which is a very good thing.I honestly haven't seen anything of Markovic except the Youtube clips somebody put up on the forum. Markovic looks like a glorified kick-and-run merchant.
