Who from LFC's past could play in Rodgers system?

Just moving on from the hero zero thread. I'm left with a question to ponder. Who from LFC's past could play in Rodgers current system and formation? Knowing how the game has moved on I'm not sure if any can but I thought I'd throw the question out there.

I'm tempted to say Keegan could. From what I have seen of him on dvds and stuff he seemed full of energy and running with a never say die attitude. Anyone of our more seasoned posters have any thoughts?

Also, and maybe I'm biased here because I think he's Finnan's our best right back in the last 20 years, but he was a much cleverer user of the ball, and a much more reliable defender than Johnson.

Haha, yeah. The Riise we had for the first few years would have fitted very well I think.
He was very good in his first two seasons.

There's not much to argue with there - But he didn't play in the Rodgers traditional number 10 role. Wasn't he more used on the left cutting in?
