In all seriousness, it would seem a bit weird that Klopp knew enough about Caulker to have much of an informed opinion, but I could be wrong.
Given Caulker's last game was when we raped S'hampton 6-1 you have to wonder whether Klopp has decided to overturn the longstanding Liverpool tradition of signing players who have played well against us. Lets go for players who are diabolical against us instead.

Well, Dortmund blocked a move for Subotic. Schalke blocked a move for Matip in January because of Howedes injury and will rather lose him on a free.
Instead of buying some mediocre or loaning someone short term from another league with a huge loan fee, I can see why we opt for him on a short term loan.
He'll be 3rd/4th choice and is eligble in the FA cup and EL.
I'd rather Klopp gets his preferred targets in the summer and we dont see Lucas/Enrique at CB.
I think a lot of the anger and despair from some fans when this kind of link arises for a player on loan, or a player who isn't well known and is cheap and/or available, is also partly that underlying fear that we haven't got a pot to piss in, are a bit desperate and it is a sign of lean times ahead as we slide ever closer to mid-table mediocrity.
This is certainly desperate, due to our injury crisis, but I'm hopeful it's nothing more than that.

It's obvious we can't buy the CB we want. It's equally obvious to every player on earth that we have at least one CB we want to keep & will be buying one in the summer.
Those two things combined mean that we won't exactly attract players of the highest quality cos any CB coming here know they'll be binned off at the end of the season.

Cos he got absolutely rinsed in our 6-1 win there. Don't think he's played since?
I think its certainly more due to our targets being unavailable than we having limited funds.
We've done that mistake several other times and gone for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th option. That will only cost us a shitload of money in fees and wages and not improve the quality of the team. This is certainly a bit desperate but its a calculated risk and we can get our preferred options this summer.
Your are correct, if he can't step up playing against a team like us, then what the fuck will he do playing for us ?. Just seen his picture and I am worried he is a "cunt" type - who thinks he is the dogs bollox and has been looking for that big contract. Don't like the look of him.
