Whats everyones favourite meal

Braised belly pork is probably my 'speciality' dish, but I don't really cook it anymore due to A) my girlfriend's veggie, and B) it takes about 4 fucking hours to get it nice and tender so the fat is all melt in the mouth

Paella, curry, pasta.

And I once cooked this Morrocan lamb thing that was unbelieveable.

It was shoulder of lamb, boned, rolled, stuffed with fried saffron rice with cumin, coriander and cardomon pods, baked slowly.

I was amazed at what I had achieved.

Ought to do it again.

Could you post or pm me the recipe, it sounds lovely...

I love cooking, it's very therapeutic.

Make some mean chicken tacos.

Also make a Yemenite Chicken recipe with tomatoes, onions, and cumin that's the "company's coming over" staple. Served with saffron rice, salad, and flat bread. Gets great reviews.

Also have a cheesecake I make that has been met with marriage proposals.

And a chocolate mousse that's really low calorie (important in the States), easy to make, and tastes like the kind you'd get at a swanky restaurant.

Those are my "specialties".

Fuckin hell, I eat a lot more than other people, yet I hardly grow any bigger! It is both annoying and proud at times though. I get the pleasure of enjoying my food without getting worried I might turn fat.

you pay £3 a week to weigh yourself infront of loads of people,
why pay £3 a week when you can just go in the bathroom
and weigh yourself for free

Not much. My mom still cooks for me, though I do tend to fry some burgers up when I need something to munch.

I can't be bothered. I have my mum who does that, I help her out sometimes though. and then there's my sister who can cook as well. I can cook something up, but theres no guarantee it'll turn out as it intended or looks as good as it tastes. 😳

Surely your messing !
It is a grill type thingy that cooks meats fish and vegetables
and it drains all the fat out because it is on a slant,
the best invention ever !!!!!!!

Oh I see. Nope, I don't have one here at home. I've seen it at my friends house once though. He used it to cook honey marinated chicken. it was delicious too. But I dont think I'm getting one of those just yet :wink:
