no man!!!

hummus and pita ... and the hummus you can have with ful, or pine nuts, or meat, or 'charif' (spicy red stuff) etc ...

i love aubergine (babaganoosh) now, although I prefered it fried up.

one looks like pita bread/unleaven bread or chapatti with chick peas as a background

There's this african food called Granat Soup, I couldn't find a picture but it's really delicious.
It's chicked with peanut butter and tomato sauce

yeah yeah I know all that, but it looked a bit too lumpy for hummus.

Hmmm... I love food so much it's tough to name a favorite.

My top 4 dishes when cooking for friends:

1. Roast beef fillet coated in basil pesto and wrapped in pancetta. Served with avocado mash and parmesan shavings.
2. Seared tuna with a wasabi and soy sauce.
3. Grilled lamb chops and wild mushroom risotto.
4. Spicy lamb shank served with gnocchi

Aside from the risotto, everything above is piss easy to make yet sure to impress and delight the senses.

Recipes available on request.
