I like the way England are trying to play, but if you do play out from the back then you need to do so promptly, otherwise everyone ahead is just going to have to make new runs and you'll end up either punting it forwards old-style or passing back to the keeper to start all over again.

I still don't get this new improved Sterling. I haven't seen much of him for City, and evidently he's been great for them, but whenever I see him he makes really dumb decisions and doesn't seem to do much that has any positive effect.

As for the ref, I don't know what he's up to. How he dealt with the Hendo incident was pathetic, and he seems to hold seminars every time there's a decision to make.
