Rodgers is looking at keeping him permanently as he has been impressed by his performances. .

@CityTalk1059: SPORT Brendan Rodgers has hinted he could look at trying to keep Victor Moses at #LFC permanently & he's been impressed by his performances

He's trying to encourage the guy and fair play, he played well on Saturday, if he carries that performance on, and takes jt up a level, there's a place for him in this squad.

Not exactly the best time for Rodgers to say "oh we plan to fuck him off soon" when our squad is already paper thin as it is. Rodgers must really take physical appearance an important criteria as that's the only logic Moses keeps starting ahead of Alberto etc.

Sadly this reminds me of "Stewart Downing is better than I thought".

It's a ploy since day one. Make him look like shit so we can get him on the cheap. Once he's signed on the dotted line, he will become the Nigerian Ronaldo.

D'ya think? His laboured performance on Saturday just confirmed for me that even against championship stragglers he looks like a half - arsed slow as fuck anti-winger.

He's fucking awful and Rodgers knows it.

I know what he's trying to do and it makes me sad all the same.

I'd rather we played Alberto / Ibe / Aspas / anyone but Moses.

He may be marginally better in the short-term (though I really do struggle to believe that) but we'll be worse off in the long-term by playing him over others.

It's bloody cheeky of Mourinho to moan about another club not playing Moses enough when he hasn't deserved it, but it sounds as if he's smacked Rodgers down a bit, given the change in his comments:

Last month:
“You come from a really good club like Chelsea to a massive club like Liverpool where there is expectancy every day.
“For any player to go into a big club is a huge difference in terms of mentality."

This month:
"For Victor, it is very simple," Rodgers told reporters. "He wants to remain in a position that he will remain at a big club, whether it is Chelsea or Liverpool".

What.... He'll get fat nightclubbing and chasing hookers?

I hope Moses ups his game and wins us a few then gets shipped off back to the Chavs. His is simply not good enough for us. Ibe is much better and hasn't got a look in.

He was our best player against Bournemouth, if we weren't playing Everton tonight, I'd say he deserves to keep his place.

Yeah but he had fine nothing to deserve to start on Saturday in the first place so I guess it evens itself out.

I still think he's a good player.

he definitely has talent, but he hasn't displayed it too well. Players need time to adapt though if they can at least show a semblance of a football brain. Cissokho needs to be fucked off cos he tries but he can't actually play football. You can make players try harder but you can't really make them football

He is lazy, not very good but seems to think he is really good, and nowhere near the level of talent we should be looking at. If we'd signed Salah, BR wouldn't be saying we want to keep him. He's a shithouse and I hope we fuck him off the second the season ends. If he plays tongith I am sure he will be a passenger and will be subbed.
