Live on LFCTV now. Being played at Anfield.

Gulacsi, McLaughlin, Roddan, Sama, Jones, Coady, Peterson, Teixera, Morgan, Adorjan, Ibe.

Peterson desperately unlucky there. Breaks the offside trap nicely and smashes the ball against the near post angle.

We're finally getting our tails up after sleeping through 25 minutes after the interval.

Has Morgan started much in the centre this season? It seems like every time I've seen him in the U-21s, he's been moved to the right or left to accommodate Ngoo, then Yesil, and then sometimes Ibe. I think Marsh suggested in an interview that Morgan's best chances of breaking through were from the right forward position, but I can't help but feel he's just not as effective out there and we're weaker up front as a team for it.

Anyway, Nacho's done well since Teixeira's gone off and he's assumed the playmaker duties.

Maybe I'm being too harsh, wasn't a great performance from our lads. Spurs looked very good and deserved their win.

Yea disappointing performances all round really, are we seeing a reflection of the first teams flaws - going one down early and struggling. Tottenham look a good side.

Well, first time I've seen them and I only saw the second half, so don't know who their star players are. The McEvoy chap looked good, as did the Spanish lad Ceballos who scored two of their goals. We made the game easy for them though as our defence was rubbish, and our central midfield was overrun for 25 minutes before we woke up after Morgan's goal.

Spurs passed it around very neatly though and pressed well. They actually play much like their seniors, pace and quick ball movement are their key assets; they defend high though and that gave us our chance to score, plus a couple of other chances after that.
