I'm not sure after the signing of Gravenberch. Our best midfield will probably end up being Szobo - Mac Allister - Gravenberch.
The signing of Endo gives us cover at 6.

Mac Allister also dictates the play like no other midfielder we have that are comfortable in that role.
I think the plan is that our midfield won't have a dedicated DM, every midfielder will have defensive responsibilities. It's interesting to see how this evolves

When do the FA announce what they are going to do about Virgil? Probably the evening before the Wolves match ...

Somehow Trent always gets injured just before an international break.

I wonder if Trent could be Mo's replacement purely as a creative outlet seeing as a lot of his best play during our PL/CL winning seasons came when he was effectively playing high and wide.

If Hakimi proves his innocence, sign that donny up and we could see something special with the link up play between him Szobo and Trent.

Why would Hakimi come to England?
I think he'll be a target for Real and Barca.

Real let him go didn't they? Barca need to sort of whatever issues they're going through.

Why not test yourself in the most popular league in the word? Staying at PSG in a farmers league longer than he needs to does nothing for him. Neymar is gone, Messi is gone, Ramos is gone, Verratti is gone, Mbappe is soon to be on his way. There's nothing there.

Long time ago. Real has a history of resigning former outcasts

Wasn't that long ago lol, he was on their books until the summer of 2020.

If we show interest first and wrap up a deal quickly then who knows. They can have him in 2029.

Haha ok, but he was out on loan for 2 seasons. years. The last game he played for them was in the 17-18 season. A lot has changed since then. His agent was actually talking about Real wanting him back.

Other than a massive fat pay check. He's going nowhere.

I mean… I’d rather Wham than the shite (c)rap or techno tracks that normally accompany these sort of clips.

Technically it’s not Wham either - it’s George Michael solo…

… just sayin’…

I was pre-programmed to hate Wham when they appeared, being into totally into metal and to some extent punk. Completely dismissed them, even hated them, in that kinda teenage narrow minded way...

That documentary was ace. The brief explanation that being so flamboyant was in itself a protest at the time makes so much sense on reflection.

I'm not a fan of those crappy Euro techno beats or whatever, but "Careless whisper" of all songs?

Fun fact - one of my mates here in Australia is related to George Michael - I mean they’re Greek, so it’ll be like a 152nd cousin twice removed or something.

Also my mate runs what is the biggest Kiss cover band in Australia - he’s Ace Freely or whoever the guitarist is - full on dress up.

They’re supposed to have a gig playing for some minor royalty in Sweden later this year….

Those Australians love a cover band, that Pink Floyd one sells out big venues across the world.

Wham were my guilty pleasure, even at the time, and I was a punk at heart. Preferred early shit like Young Guns and Wham Rap. In fact I think I could "sing" both of them from start to finish ("sing" is a stretch as I am tone deaf)
