Trent, Salah and VVD

I think Ancelotti will/would have done anyway. IMO it's by no means certain TAA or his career will thrive there.
Trent is the next Dele Alli. Any other club where you win the CL and league you're given some slack the following season but not Madrid. Their Ultras are vicious and nasty and turn on players and managers on a 6 pence.

New manager coming in? Team on the decline... might be smart to see who the new manager is. Otherwise, he could end up playing for a manager who didn't buy him, and expects him to defend.

The managers get who they're given so don't think that's an issue per se.

But anyways, the Real team is stacked with talent, it's just perhaps not quite balanced and maybe they need to re-think how they've gone about replacing Kroos and Modric.

Not sure TAA will help balancing things out though, ha.

It's galacticos again. All the talent in the world but struggling for cohesion. This time thought they're doing it on the cheap with freebies

That's what I Thought watching yesterday ... that and I wish we had played that Real in the UCL the last few years ... We'd be on 8

What I wonder is, why have the media been dilly-dallying with Trent?
Has anyone even asked Trent if he's going to stay, just like they asked Virgil and Mo?

It’ll likely be Xabi taking over at Madrid and that would likely have interest / a connection for Trent…not least because of the key role a much improved Frimpong has played for Bayer under Xabi.

Every time I see Owen and Macca's faces I'm reminded by their betrayal.

I met Macca once - I thought he was actually sound - as down to earth as I’d expect, happy enough to have a chat with you and friendly.

He was over in Melbourne with a bunch of “All Stars” - David James, Garcia, Berger, Hamann, David Thompson, etc,

Owen’s a completely different beast - every time there’s been talk about turning up at a fan event, the $$$’s talked about is ridiculous - he’s over in Melbourne regularly, mostly for Melbourne Cup - but he’s done some weird shit…

For context, Supernova was a a comic & gaming convention - he did a few high priced meet & greet events too.
