God I hope not. The Andy Carroll/Voronin hairstyle is enough to say no.

His wikipedia is shit

Caner Erkin (Turkish pronunciation: [d͡ʒaneɾ æɾcin], born 4 October 1988) is a Turkish footballer who plays for Fenerbahçe and the Turkish national team. Despite playing back in both Fenerbahçe and Turkish National Team he is not an attacking fullback. He is a defending left winger best known with his fine dripling skills, tremendous crossing abilities as well as free-kicks. He prefers assisting as a playing style but famous with his agressivness.

Danish Ekstrabladet is speculating about Aggers future and that he could be sold in the summer

Thats what i want to say. Aspas was a bad move for Liverpool but now i think its the best option 'cause no one gonna pay more than £4/5m for Aspas and if some club do it the money must go to pay the rest of the £7.7m deal (and the 10% of the deal goes to Celta Vigo too)

Bienvenido Alextado.

It's a pity things haven't worked out for Iago Aspas, because he showed some nice touches in the pre-season games and his attitude has always been good. This move will be the best thing for everybody, including the player himself.

Dripling skills they say ? Buy !

Why am I hearing that post in this voice?

Right but no-one will get that kind of money for at least 2 years when they sign. And you won't be in the CL... and the club may be not be back for a few years competing..

If they do buy five or six 30m players worth 30m each, they'll be back in it before long though.
It's all about the manager selling the project to the player. And let's be honest, just like us, Man Utd do have a touch of prestige about them.

It's going to be horrendously expensive for them though, for now at any rate (they're going to have to offer even higher wages than they normally do because of the lack of CL football). On top of that, all those expensive players will have to be introduced to the set-up and, last but not least, they're going to have a lot of off-the-field upheaval to deal with as well. Yes, they'll be back in it at some stage, but it might take quite a while. Here's hoping.

Right back. Plays for Holland awswell. Arsenal are linked and he's apparantly rejected a new contract and they want to sell him to get any sort of money for him.
Not sure how good he is mind.

Anyone seen Gino Peruzzi play? Seems to be wanted by loads of clubs. Right back for Catania

[article=http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/live-liverpool-fc-news-views-7062686]Viktor Fagerstrom: How many players that will go into the XI will LFC look to bring in during the summer? & how many for 'competition'?

Rodgers is after proven talent who would be able to improve the starting XI.

At the moment there is too much of a gulf between those who start every week and those fringe players waiting in the wings. He wants to close that gap.

There won't be a repeat of last summer when Liverpool simply signed a lot of squad players.[/article]

Stoke City boss Mark Hughes has revealed that his club are in talks with Liverpool to arrange a permanent deal for winger Oussama Assaidi.

The 25-year-old is in the middle of a season-long loan spell at the Britannia Stadium and has been a success for the Potters having scored three goals in 18 league matches.

The former Manchester City manager stresses that the dialogue between the two sides is still at an early stage, but remains hopeful of keeping the Moroccan international beyond the end of the season.

"We like Ossie and if we could come to an arrangement with Liverpool we would like to bring him here", the 50-year-old told his club's official site.

"He's a valuable player and I think Liverpool recognise that. I think there's been tentative enquiries but nothing concrete yet.

"He's done really well here. It's certainly helped him and Ossie's certainly helped us."

Hughes also spoke about Assaidi's relationship with his team-mates which he thinks is "important" to the players.

"He's got good friends here. He's got a good relationship with Marko Arnautovic – they make a nice couple! Those things are important to players.

"If they're happy in an environment then that can help if you're trying to bring them to a club."

[article=http://www.sport.es/es/noticias/barca/barca-vuelve-interesarse-por-agger-3263253]Barcelona have again turned their attention to Liverpool defender Daniel Agger, according to claims from Spain.

Sport says that Barca are attracted by the Denmark international’s experience, aerial strength, composure on the ball and that he is left-footed.

Barca have had scouts in England monitoring Agger, who they tried to sign last summer. With Carles Puyol leaving Camp Nou in the summer, it is felt Agger is more of a priority this year.

Agger was a target of Tito Vilanova after it was made clear that Paris Saint-Germain wouldn’t sell Thiago Silva, but Liverpool turned down Barca’s €17m offer.

When Vilanova stepped down due to ill health and was replaced by Tata Martino, the search for a new centre-back ceased on the orders of the Coach.

Agger is under contract at Anfield until 2016 and hasn’t always been first-choice under Brendan Rodgers this season. He has made 19 appearances in the Premier League, including 15 starts, a result of injuries and the manager’s selection decisions.

The 29-year-old is on a three-defender shortlist, with Chelsea’s David Luiz and Aymeric Laporte of Athletic Bilbao.[/article]
