Linked with Francois Kamano. Right footed left winger playing for Bordeaux. 13 goals last season.

Yeah, funny....although......in his miserable two years at United he's still scored more league goals than Firmino has managed, and in the four years since Firmino joined Liverpool, in the same period Lukaku has scored 23 more goals.

So he's not really that bad is he?

His stats are pretty good, bar his last season for Utd.
But I’d have Firmino in my team over him every time. Its not even a chance in hell for something else. The difference in quality between them is massive.

Yeah, but neither of them are top quality finishers

Seeing how our front 3 works together I dont think there are many others that could replace Firmino. We score more than enough goals as a team anyway.

Lukaku scores in streaks and most of his goals when it doesn’t mater much. Such as the last 3 goals in a 5-0 win against Norwich or somebody. His stats are misleading but many are seduced by them. I heard Sean Derry yesterday call him an outstanding striker.

There's a bit of Heskey about him; very quick and powerful when he's in the mood, but too often on his arse and quite often his brain tells his feet to do things they aren't capable of. Can look great in one game and fucking shocking the next three.

Yeah, although I thought Heskey was more effective in that he unselfishly brought others into play— not just at Liverpool but also for England— and in different square peg-in-round-hole roles, too.

I've had this argument many times with UTD fans..

Simply put our system is not reliant on one striker

Our system does not require an out an out striker..

If you like our 'strikers' are Salah and Mane..

Lukaku in our team would probably fair better.. but score less goals as the number 9 in our team is more about his hold up play, winning the ball to release others..

The dude got released like a week later.
I dunno, Origi is like a joker to me, I really don't know what to expect. I generally expect the performance he had against Napoli. Anything else is a surprise.
