Because it’s Sean Dyche….He’d rather sign Andy Carroll on a free. Why the sweet fuck haven't Burnley signed Origi yet?

Nah, we need more than that. Unless we're getting some kind of favour from them. Maybe first dibs on Aouar.
Yup, I don't think we have a ton of leverage with Shaqiri. He's 30, and everyone knows we're desperate to sell. Chances are we'll accept a lower amount than keep him.It might be about freeing up wages or opening up positions for a new transfer.
You're right, to be honest.I think after a few seasons, Edwards has accepted that maaaaaybe we can't shift an aging bench warmer for what we paid for him. I'd take 6m, providing we had someone lined up to replace

Soton to go for Phillips then.
Southampton will be going to the dogs the way they are selling off all their best players.Soton to go for Phillips then.
That's a low ceiling for Elliott to beat then. Now we understand Klopp. Still think we'll get another forward in though.Isnt Shaqiri on something like 80-90k. Tough to get a big fee considering age, injuries and 2 years left on his contract.
Villarreal deservedly equalise. Since Chelsea scored they've been shiteChelsea deservedly up against Villarreal who have had 20% of the ball so far....they look impressive.

I read that as per week for several seconds...L'Équipe: Sharqiri has agreed on personal terms with Lyon. He will earn around €350k/m for three years, and become the club's top earner since Memphis Depay left the club this summer. Shaqiri has negotiated exclusively with Lyon this week.
I’d bet they could but that extra few million is needed to top up his signing on fee for taking a pay cut and make sure we aren’t still paying part of his wages for a year.I read that as per week for several seconds...
Even so, they can surely afford and will pay upwards of 10mil

I'm in!
How did you get that? I got 80.7k per week.Ha, me too. 87k per week.
Solid work as always @737MaxJust posted three articles from theAtheltic in the sticky thread.
Jones is out of the Norwich game due to concussion. The other 2 articles are disheartening though.
First article is how the team need to be mentality monsters again. Second article is Klopp stating we do not want more players.
Shaqiri's on £80k /week (€95k /week) here. Doubt Lazio would offer anywhere close to that - they have some financial problems of their own.Neither Shaq nor Lyon seem too bothered by the praise he was just lavishing on Lazio to try and move there.
Agree and I think that is okay as long as you get rid of him. Before he doesn’t want to go to Lazio and stay. I mean both destinations are similar interesting (I would prefer the Italien League/Lazio) but I guess it is all about the money in this case.Shaqiri's on £80k /week (€95k /week) here. As per L'Equipe, Lyon are offering €87k / week, so you can see why he'd be happy going there. I think this transfer has become all about a club meeting Shaqiri's wage demands. We'll accept a lower fee as long as long as that means getting Shaq off the wage bill.
100%Fuck dealing with Italian clubs. They’re cunts.
