So we get the new Pirlo instead of the new Gerrard. So our tapper-uppers, as punishment, now have to watch players in Spain and Italy, instead of Grimsby and Carlisle.
Don't even think we'll get that. We'll get the next Le Tallec. So we get the new Pirlo instead of the new Gerrard.
I could probably live with that.
Although we'll actually get the next Josemi. Obv.
Can't see Oxlade-Chamberlain on the list.
Heavy rumours saying the deal is done. I'm not enamoured. Let's hope I feel the same way about this next season as I felt about Wijnaldum...
Done deal in April 😀, spare me the blushes.

Odds on Inaki Williams have been slashed to evens
Dont know how this fits in with the thread
Very much like Mane really, only quicker.Tell me about this Inaki Williams?
Is he on the list?
Is he an alternative or complementary to Dolberg?

Mainly right wing, but can play CF and if needed left wing.Left, right or centre?
And is he any good?
4 goals in 32 games this season. Overall 13 goals in 3 seasons in La Liga, playing as a wing-forward and centre-forward.
Those stats will attract attention.
Yeah, from Everton maybe.
He's a horrendous footballer. I hope to god we don't sign him.Odds on Inaki Williams have been slashed to evens

I have added an experimental new feature: color code representing the current strength of the player compared to his current first-team Liverpool alternatives. This is just my opinion and I can definitely be wrong (especially trying to judge some players I had barely seen) – but I thought it would be useful to have an instant picture as to which players would likely instantly improve us.
Red – will walk into our first team and likely improve on a current player in his position
Orange – will be competitive in his position
Yellow – will be a rotation option, but is currently weaker than players we already have
Green – too young to make a serious impact on the first team
Who did I forget? As usual, all Portuguese newspapers and all Italian newspapers, except Gazzetta Dello Sport, will be disregarded as sources.

A bit harsh... Put him in a better team and watch him hit 10+ per season. And can't score

He's not the messiah though.
